President Joseph Boakai has reassured bond subsisting between Liberia and America as it relates to the business climate here.
President Boakai made the statement through his special envoy during a special program marking the opening ceremony of an investment mission named ‘bridge to prosperity US to Liberia Trade and Investment fostering economic growth and cultural exchange between the United States of America and Liberia which ends June 21 in Monrovia.
The president’ special envoy conveying a special message said at the program which was held at the Foreign Affairs Ministry on Wednesday said the president welcomes the American investors and said it was expedient that they are in Liberia to explore business avenue in the country.
President Boakai also said Liberia has a significant soil in which Americans have come to invest, therefore the ties between the two countries which dates back to several years, will always continue to exist.
President Boakai also revealed that the soil of Liberia is very fertile; hence, agriculture and other investments were welcomed in the country.
The President also reminded the visiting investors that Liberia soil is very good for multiple businesses as the climate is favorable.
Also speaking at the program through a proxy of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Madam Sara B. Nyanti, welcome the investors and told them that they were privileged to explore investment avenues in the country.
